Did another #52weeksofbaking upside down bake today. It's a potato tarte tatin with both purple and gold potatoes. Filled with caramelized onions (legit, two hour long caramelization,) mushroom duxelle, and grand cru cheese. Not sure why I subject myself to this shit, because I am literally dead now. 💀#baking #bakingfromscratch
