Alright, so trying round two for #baking #homemade #baguette . Following this dude's method: https://youtu.be/n0U8RdRdFDU. They look and feel MUCH nicer this time and are actually looking baguettey, haha. Its a super low hydration loaf, like 57%. Should have the money shot in about two hours.
