Until yesterday, I haven't had a good pear since I was a kid. Laurie bought a case of red pears from Costo that are superb. I made a simple, bomb-ass baked pear for dessert tonight. Sprinkled with cinnamon, topped with a drizzle of (local, ofc) honey and some chopped walnuts. Baked for 30 at 350. *Little italian dude kissing his fingers*
